About ME

Welcome to my personal page. I am the President of O.H. Partners, Arizona’s largest advertising agency. I am also the Chief Operating Officer of our independent holding company, The Harkey Group which houses agencies like Matter Films, MONOGRAM and Reactr Labs. We’re based in Phoenix, Arizona, with offices in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. 

Our award-winning work in multiple industries has been recognized by CampaignUS, Sabres, Webby’s, AdAage, PR Week, Drum, Effies, Provoke, PR Daily, HSMAI, Travel Weekly, PRSA, and AAPC. 

I previously led the integrated marketing team at Allison+Partners, where I won and led successful programs for global accounts, pioneering new offerings for the agency. I support clients, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, C3 AI, Dexcom, Dignity Health, Helmsley Charitable Trust, Persado, Qualcomm, Schmidt's Naturals, Toyota, and Vistage.

Prior to that, I was the brand marketing director for Best Western Hotels & Resorts where I stewarded a global rebrand of 4,000 hotels in 110 countries. In addition, I supported executive and crisis communications, the brand’s content studio, loyalty program marketing, creative, and advertising in North America.

This mix of in-house and agency experience helps form strong client partnerships bridging the gap between client business needs and agency resources.
