My Background
I’m the President of O.H. Partners, Arizona’s largest advertising agency, and Chief Operating Officer of The Harkey Group, an independent holding company that houses three dynamic agencies: Matter Films, MONOGRAM, and Reactr Labs. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, with offices in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, I lead teams passionate about creating award-winning work.
Our work has been recognized by industry leaders including CampaignUS, Sabres, Webby’s, AdAge, PR Week, Drum, Effies, Provoke, PR Daily, HSMAI, Travel Weekly, PRSA, and AAPC. I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional clients including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, C3 AI, Dexcom, Dignity Health, Helmsley Charitable Trust, Persado, Qualcomm, Schmidt’s Naturals, Toyota, and Vistage.
My career has been shaped by both agency and in-house experience. Previously, I led integrated marketing teams at Allison+Partners, managing global accounts, and served as Brand Marketing Director for Best Western Hotels & Resorts, where I led the global rebrand of 4,000 hotels across 110 countries. I’ve also worked closely with members of the U.S. House and Senate on strategic communications initiatives.
This blend of in-house and agency experience uniquely positions me to bridge the gap between client needs and agency resources. I understand what it takes to balance brand vision with business results, and how to build teams that deliver exceptional outcomes.

My Personal Story
Life in Phoenix
I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my family. Outside of work, I’m passionate about the outdoors—you’ll find me mountain biking and trail running in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve whenever I can get out there. There’s something about the Arizona landscape that keeps me grounded and energized.
